No Return on Custom Items Policy

At Chasing Banners, we take pride in creating custom-made products tailored specifically to your preferences. Because each custom item is made to order and personalized just for you, all sales of custom or personalized items are final.

Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order:

  1. No Returns or Exchanges
    We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom or personalized products once an order has been placed. This includes items with custom text, designs, sizes, colors, engravings, or any other customized details.

  2. Order Accuracy
    Please double-check all details (such as spelling, color choices, sizes, and design specifications) before submitting your order or approving proofs. We are not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

  3. Defective or Damaged Items
    If your custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactchasingbanners@gmail.net . We will review your claim and, if applicable, provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging for review.

  4. Production and Design Approval
    When applicable, proofs or mockups are provided for approval before production. Once approved, changes cannot be made, and the order will proceed as confirmed.

  5. By Placing an Order
